Week one · a commentary, every figure tied

Hotel (name withheld), August. Revenue was about £160,300, up 21% on July and 11% above budget, on 702 room-nights, up 38 on July. Profit was about £38,900, about £3,400 above budget.

OTA commission was about £25,100, 19.5% of room revenue against 14.3% in July. Reason not in the figures: the split by channel is not in this file.

Tied means the figure in the prose matches the cell at the rounding set in the file: the nearest £100, whole per cent, one decimal for the commission ratio. Result: 10 figures, 10 tied (6 shown). In the kit's rehearsal, when 3 cells in the source file were changed, 9 figures failed to tie, and Claude stopped and asked instead of saving the draft.

Session one, about an hour
Claude interviews you, one question at a time, and writes the file itself: who you are, what you work on and how you like the work done. Claude reads it at the start of every session.

A week later
Claude drafts your monthly commentary, or the numbers job you name, from your own file, and checks each figure against a cell. Its instructions say to list anything it cannot tie as a question, and to stop and ask you if more than two figures fail. In the rehearsal runs, it did both.

Next month
You run it again without me, and you sign off every draft. Claude writes drafts only; its instructions say never to email, post or upload them.

The folder and your files stay on your computer. None of it comes to AI Elite Thinkers.
Claude sends what it reads (a document, a set of figures) to Anthropic for processing, under the terms of your own Claude plan, as with any use of Claude. On Pro, switch off "Help improve Claude" if your chats must not be used for training.
Your data-policy owner decides whether client or employer material may go into your Claude account. Until they have, you decide client by client, and the instructions keep Claude to drafting: no emails, no posts.

Partly, yes. Ask Claude to write a file about you and it will. Ask it for a commentary and it will draft one.

Left to itself, it will not interview you in an order that makes the file worth keeping, and it will not check its own figures against your spreadsheet unless you tell it how. The folder holds those instructions and the routine for next month. I rehearsed it 11 times on test files before selling it.
