These terms govern your use of aielitethinkers.com (the "Site"), the free resources we publish (The AI Playbook, the AI Workflow Maturity Scorecard, articles, and the email community), and the paid Platform Mastery Guides. The Site is operated by Jamie Whitson ("AET", "we", "us") from Indonesia.
By using the Site or buying any product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The free resources
The AI Playbook PDF, the Scorecard, articles, and the community newsletter are provided free of charge. You may read them, share excerpts with attribution, and quote from them in your own work in line with normal fair-use conventions. You may not republish substantial portions, repackage them as your own, or sell them.
2. Platform Mastery Guides
The Platform Mastery Guides (ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI) are paid digital products delivered as PDFs. Pricing, descriptions, and the full feature list are on /guides.
- Each guide is a one-time purchase. There is no recurring subscription.
- Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles VAT, sales tax, and payment processing on our behalf and is the entity on your card statement.
- Guides are delivered electronically immediately after checkout.
- Guides are licensed for personal professional use by the buyer. You may not redistribute, repackage, or resell the PDFs. Sharing within an immediate team is acceptable; bulk distribution within an organisation requires a team licence (contact us).
- Purchasers receive free updates to the guide they bought when significant platform changes warrant a revision.
3. Refunds
We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on Platform Mastery Guides. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Email [email protected] with your order number to start a refund.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site and in the guides — including text, frameworks, workflows, prompts, diagrams, and the AI Elite Thinkers name and brand — is the intellectual property of AET. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission, except for ordinary fair-use quotation with attribution.
Where the guides include third-party trademarks (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), those marks are the property of their respective owners. The guides are independent commentary and are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other platform vendor.
5. No professional advice
AET publishes frameworks for using AI in professional workflows. Nothing on the Site or in the guides is financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or audit advice. The frameworks are written from the founder's experience and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional regulated in your jurisdiction.
Senior professionals applying these frameworks remain responsible for verifying outputs, complying with their professional obligations, and following the governance, regulatory, and compliance standards of their own organisations.
6. AI outputs
The guides contain prompts and workflows for use with third-party AI platforms. AI outputs can be incorrect, biased, or out of date. You are responsible for evaluating any AI-generated output before relying on it, in line with your own professional standards. AET makes no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness-for-purpose of any AI output.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AET will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or any product. Direct liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product (which, for free resources, is nil).
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the laws applicable to you.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or any product in a way that breaches applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or our subscribers' data.
- Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial parts of the Site without permission.
- Use the guides or any AET-published content to train competing commercial AI products without permission.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AET is operated. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
